FIBA World Championship 2010 is around the corner, the ultimate international basketball tournament will start on August 28, till September 12, when Basketball World Champions will be announced in the Final Game!

Our great Jordan Basketball National Team has qualified to participate in FIBA World Championship 2010 [World Cup] for the first time ever, after winning the bronze medal of Asia last year. Jordan Team (FIBA Rank: 38), will play in "Group A" against: Angola (FIBA Rank: 12), Argentina (FIBA Rank: 1), Australia (FIBA Rank: 11), Germany (FIBA Rank: 7), Serbia (FIBA Rank: 5).

We wish the best of luck for our Jordanian Team to show their great skills and efforts for the whole world, despite all challenges they faced in the past years; on Management and Injuries levels.

I think Jordan National team is not a pushover team. They have this rooster of shooters and great role players.

Jordan Basketball Team should work more on staying focused for the whole game, especially last minutes!! As we have experienced many games for Jordan Team to lose at last minute despite leading most of game parts!
